Before flying with us, some important notes:
- Passengers must have reasonable flexibility to get in and out of these aircraft; the ability to climb at least a 4-step ladder is essential.
- Passengers must consider themselves reasonably fit in terms of health conditions.
- Passengers must weigh no more than 110kg, and be aware seat belt extenders are not available.
- Passengers must have no alcohol in their system and be at least 14 years of age.
- Consider whether they would like aerobatic manoeuvres to finish the flight.
- Understand these flights are not available every day.
- Weather - We’ll assess the weather continuously in the week leading up to your flight. The weather conditions that could affect us are visibility, cloud base, wind and rain.
- If the weather looks like it’ll be too bad to fly, we’ll cancel your flight and arrange another date with you
- If there is a 50/50 chance of flying, we’ll state this and ask if you’d like to visit us with a view that we might or might not fly
- If the weather is looking good, we won’t contact you
- If the weather during a morning session deteriorates, we may call afternoon bookings to notify them of the change of weather and that we might or might not fly.
- Please note that while every effort is made to predict the weather, the conditions on the day might not be forecast and can even change on the day.
- Unserviceable aircraft - We usually have a team of engineers on-site who can handle any maintenance tasks. If your flight cannot take place due to a technical fault, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
